- 5If selected: prove the requirements with documents within 10 working days and choose a home in draw order
- 6Sign the contract and collect the keys
- Being on the list is not having the home: the requirements must be proven again.
- Whoever is not allocated a home stays on the waiting list until the next similar call (two years at most).
- Turning a home down without a justified reason removes you from the register for five years.

Real competition: this call doesn't publish applicant numbers. As a real reference, a recent large Barcelona lottery (Illa Glòries) received 11,243 applications for 238 homes. Lotteries tend to be heavily oversubscribed.
