About Avalon
Avalon is a residential rental company that describes itself as a pioneer of the Comunidad de Madrid's Plan Vive. On its site, you sign the lease on its own platform.
According to its Plan Vive page, it has more than 3,580 homes in lots 1 and 2 of Plan Vive I and 1,118 in the four lots of Plan Vive III, in 14 towns of the Comunidad de Madrid.

How to apply
You register on vivetuavalon.com and sign up on the form for the town you want: each town opens its sign-up on a set date, and it stays open for as long as the concession lasts. Homes are allocated in the order of priority set by each lot's tender (pliego), with the Plan Vive requirements.
