Sogeviso describes itself as a professional manager specialised in affordable rental developments. Its rental portal is sogevisoalquila.com.

On that portal it markets Plan Vive flats of the Comunidad de Madrid in Boadilla del Monte, Colmenar Viejo, Pinto, Alcalá de Henares, Alcorcón, Getafe, San Sebastián de los Reyes and Tres Cantos, and affordable rental developments in Madrid, Málaga, Alicante, Reus and Calafell.

How to apply

For the Plan Vive developments and those in the city of Madrid you sign up on each one's web form, on sogevisoalquila.com, from the opening date it publishes: according to its site, this is the only way to sign up, and you do not need to be on a public applicants' register. Homes are allocated in order of sign-up, with each development's requirements. In Reus and Calafell, by contrast, you must be on the Generalitat's register of applicants for officially protected housing (RSHPO): in Reus the town council allocates by draw, and in Calafell homes go by how long you have been on that register, with no draw.
