Offers for young people or with a quota for under-35s

Offers with an open or upcoming window come first, then those closed in the last 18 months. Each row says how many of the development's homes are reserved, according to its call. Being in the quota is not getting the home: inside the quota there is still a draw or a points ranking.

The State Plan's aid is claimed through each region's own call, and it does not apply in Euskadi or Navarra (art. 1.5).

Questions people ask

Up to what age do you count as young for protected housing?

In the State Housing Plan 2026-2030 and in many calls, up to 35 included. Each call says on which date your age counts.

Are there protected flats only for young people?

Yes: some whole developments are for young people, such as Navarra's arrendamiento joven or the youth rentals of some Madrid town councils, and many calls reserve a quota for under-35s. This page lists the ones we follow.

What housing aid is there for young people in 2026?

The State Housing Plan 2026-2030: up to €300 a month towards rent, up to €15,000 to buy in towns of 10,000 people or fewer, and aid for rent-to-own. You apply through your region's call, except in Navarra and Euskadi.

Do young people have a different income limit?

In the Comunitat Valenciana, yes: 5.5 times the IPREM in special young-people housing, and 0.5 times more for each member over 18 and up to 35. Elsewhere it depends on the call.

If I am in the youth quota, is the home mine?

No. Inside the quota there is still a draw or a points ranking; you only compete with the people in that quota.
