Each reserve is drawn separately and, within each, by household size. If you qualify for several, you are placed in the one that gives you the best odds; you can ask to change during the objections period.
How the process went

- 1Be registered in the applicants' register before 2 March 2026
- 2Submit the participation application by 17 March 2026
- 3Provisional lists of admitted applicants and 10 working days for objections
- 4Draw before a notary. The date is published on the register's website
- 5If selected: prove the requirements with documents within 10 working days and choose a home in draw order
- 6Sign the contract (7 years minimum, 1-month deposit) and move in within 3 months
- Being on the list is not having the home: the requirements must be proven again.
- Whoever is not allocated a home stays on the waiting list until the next similar call (two years at most).
- Turning a home down without a justified reason removes you from the register for five years.
