The homes

TypeHow manyUsable areaRent per month
2 bedrooms–42.4–63.7 m²–

Plus about €50 a month in service charges. Utilities (electricity, water, gas) are extra.

For the highest rent (€464) to be 30% of your income you would need about €18,000 net a year.

Contingents (reserved quotas)

Homes are split into quotas. The lottery runs separately within each quota, so your odds depend on yours.

  • General quota

    Households with no special requirements.

    11
  • Neighbourhood reserve

Reserved for people registered (padró) in the promotion's neighbourhood.

Veïns que visquin als barris inclosos dins d'un radi de 500 metres al voltant de la promoció,i que són els barris del Raval, el Gòtic i Sant Antoni

    4
  • Single-parent families

    Reserved for single-parent families.

    2

Each reserve is drawn separately and, within each, by household size. If you qualify for several, you are placed in the one that gives you the best odds; you can ask to change during the objections period.

How the process went

This call has closed. The steps stay here as a guide for the next one.

  1. 1Be registered in the applicants' register before 14 July 2025
  2. 2Submit the participation application by 29 July 2025
  3. 3Provisional lists of admitted applicants and 10 working days for objections
  4. 4Draw before a notary. The date is published on the register's website
  5. 5If selected: prove the requirements with documents within 10 working days and choose a home in draw order
  6. 6Sign the contract (7 years minimum, 1-month deposit) and move in within 3 months
  • Being on the list is not having the home: the requirements must be proven again.
  • Whoever is not allocated a home stays on the waiting list until the next similar call (two years at most).
  • Turning a home down without a justified reason removes you from the register for five years.

First time? How homes are allocated, explained in the guide →

Real competition: Eligible is not the same as awarded: 4,433 applications for 17 homes (260.8 per home). This is the competition in this call, not your personal probability: each quota, points scale and draw is settled separately. Based on the participants list of 29 July 2025; the admitted list is usually smaller. See the published list
