How to read this list
"Open" means you can apply today. Town aid is only for people who live in that town, and emergency aid only for the people affected. The new rent aid of the State Housing Plan 2026-2030 is opened by each region: when one opens it, it will show up here.

Frequently asked questions
What rent aid is there in 2026?
Three kinds. Aid each region opens with state money (the Youth Rent Bonus and, since 2026, the aid of the State Housing Plan 2026-2030), aid some town councils open only for their residents, and one-off aid after an emergency such as a fire. None of it is requested from the Ministry: each has its own rules, window and form.
When does the rent aid of the State Housing Plan 2026-2030 open?
When your region opens it: the State shares out the money, but each region publishes its own rules and window. Navarra and the Basque Country do not apply the State Plan and have their own aid. Each region's page says whether it has opened it yet.
If nothing is open today, what can I do?
Get ready for the next one: windows tend to be short and ask for the rental contract, rent receipts and the income tax return. Leave your email on your region's page and we will tell you when one opens.
